The father of King Henry VII of England was Edmond Tudor, 1st Earl of Richmond. Henry VII's father was Edmund Tudor - grandson of Katherine of Valois (Henry V's widow). His father died 2 months before he was born so he was primarily raised by his uncle - Jasper Tudor.
