Why should kids not bring phones to school?

Very simple they don't need them. Most children don't use them for what they are intended for that is for an emergency. This is the main excuse for giving children one, but most are for texting, playing games, and going on line. If one is really needed for an emergency then a simple phone is all that is needed instead of a smart phone or Apple. Most children are too young to handle the responsibility that goes along with a smart phone.
