How do you tell if being followed?

Walking: turn around quick and see if someone jerks back or looks away quickly Driving: be aware of the cars not just right behind you, but several cars back. Pull over or turn and see if they do the same. A smart tail will pass you then pull over ahead of you waiting for you to move again. Take a different route and see if that car catches up to you again. If somebody stops you and tells you that they noticed 2 guys following you. If the person that you are traveling with notices someone following or if your partner has a feeling that you are being listened to.
