Where in the twilight book does it talk about the Cullen crest?

The Cullen crest isn't mentioned in the movie, you can still see it though. Its not been mentioned in the movie because it wasn't in the book, if you search Cullen crest on google and click the interview with Alice and Jasper you'll see that it was just something someone in the costume department came up with.
