What does annotation mean in visa?

The annotation with date means that your entry is restricted to coincide with your purpose of your visit. If the CBP officer at the US Port of Entry suspects that you have any other purpose in entering the US, you will be denied entry and your visa will be cancelled. You cannot stay longer than the annotation.
