Can I legally get away from my parent without their consent?

Hello people, I wrote this question..I need to get away from my "emotionally abusive" father. He hasn't hit me in over a year and I know he isn't going to. I've been to the DCF (department of children and families) several times and they have investigated him. But he always gets off the hook, I'm upset that I still have to live with him and I realllllyyyy want to avoid emancipation if at all possible. I'm 17 yrs old. I know I only have a year left...but that's too long to be with this father. Please, if there's any1 out there that can help, respond to this, please. God Bless.
