On the first day of seventh grade how do you make a friend?

on the first day of 7th grade u have to be yourself. just walk up to someone and say hi, im so and so. wats your name? if they dont respond, look at them in the eyes. if that person still doesnt respond, walk away cause that person doesnt want anything to do wit u. if that person does respond, ask where they go to school and strike a conversation. you have just made a friend. but sometimes u have to wait for someone to ask u wat your name is and they be the person who asks all the questions cause if u dont wait for someone to walk up to u, other people will think your 1. a loser 2. very desperate for a friend 3. maybe gay
