You are 40 and have a red patch on your face you picked at it and its like a red dry patch that wont go away its been like this for weeks what can it be?

I am sorry to say that I have the same exact problem and am looking for an answer also....:(. Mine is under my right eye on the upper cheak area, and it looks like one is trying to start on the left side as well. Dang it all...
