first of all, when you get a nipple piercing, make sure you are putting a straight barbell in, instead of the hoop. putting a hoop in right away usually results in Migration (meaning; the skin will reject the piercing and eventually you'll see fewer and fewer skin covering the jewelry til there just isn't any. ).

And thennn, Once fully-healed with a straight barbell, you then may change to the hoop or other cute nipple jewelry!
