Show how guidance and a good background of philosophical foundations and psychological foundation will make a good practice in education?

Anytime someone is dealing with people, a psychological foundation is of great use. Particularly with education because it enables one to better understand how people learn as individuals, and to increase the amount of compassion for others limitations and/or flaws. Philosophy is beneficial in all areas of life, but to have a vast understanding of it is most certainly useful as an educator due to the practice enables one to rationalize in an unusual manner and to also support individual thought. It also may serve as a basis for problem solving. A better question would be how are they HARMFUL as a foundation.
