Has anyone actually seen a vampire?

Some people believe that a vampire is a mythical figure that does not exist. There are people that believe they are 'vampires' and call themselves such in modern life. It is debatable if these are "Vampires" per se, but they do not exhibit classical vampire powers. The rest is speculation upon your definition.
