A gegser is an egg produced by an elderly person. It's a combination of the Word "geezer," Latin for "elderly," and the Word "egg." People over seventy years old typically lay about three gegsers per week, but it is not uncommon to lay four or five. Adult diapers, contrary to popular belief, are actually used to contain gegsers, which are then transported to Gegsers, Inc. Gegsers, Inc. distributes gegsers to hospitals worldwide, where they hatch into babies. Parents go to hospitals to pick up newly hatched babies.
