How can you help a spirit go to heaven?

I have had my fair share of helping spirits. The best way to go that I have found out is sit down and concentrate and actually talk out loud to them in the house. you may not hear a response but you can talk to them. tell them that you do not mean any harm and that you will help them go to heaven. (if they do) (or not bad) have a priest or someone that believes in god come to your house and ask them to bless it. they will know what to do. or second option (be very careful) use a weegee board and ask them if they want help. remember to pray before and after out loud.
