The Messerschmidt Me 163 Komet, a German rocket-powered fighter aircraft flown in WW2 probably meets this criteria. The two part fuel alone was both explosive (if allowed to contact the otherpart or if it was jarred) and poisonous killing ground crew and pilots with some regularity. It accelerated to full speed (1,123 km/h (698 mph)) and almost immediately ran out of fuel. It then glided through the attack to be landed "dead stick". It had no landing gear.
