there is NO e-mail address to contact Aldi!I wanted to send an e-mail to them about their 'Souperb' soup which while being an Excellent soup is packaged in a very dangerous container; I scalded my hand quite badly yesterday; I followed the instructions eg remove lid, remove peel-off cover, loosely replace lid, microwave on full power for three minutes, stir, replace lid, return to microwave and cook for a further three minutes on full power, etc; I did the first 3 minutes, and got hold of the container to remove it from the microwave in order to stir the soup, but the container had become very, very soft, and it buckled as I held it, spilling about a third of the very hot soup over my hand, fortunately there is only a couple of strides to my sink and I ran cold water on the scald for several minutes, so that today, though it is very red and uncomfortable, I only have one blister of about 1/2" x 1/4" in the area between thumb and forefinger. If you do use their soup, PLEASE ignoretheir instructions about cooking it in their container; decant it cold into a good size sturdy microwaveable jug ( with handle) and cover it lightly before heating!I think that Aldi should alter the instructions, as sooner, or later a child, or someone with a slower reaction time than me, will get very badly scalded.
