Can you test positive for tramadol?

If they do not test for it then no it wont. But do to Tramadol being abused more and more by people parole and probation are testing for it. I would recommend that if you are prescribed that you take it to the test with you and also take it to who is requesting the test to see that you are prescribed a opiate.
