I am not familiar with your vehicle so this answer will be generic in nature, but should help until an expert improves it. On most vehicles, the license plate light[s] are part of the tail light/side marker lamp circuit. Therefore, the tail light circuit fuse would be the one serving the license plate lamps. IF that fuse is "good," and IF not served by another fuse circuit, it is possible that you have an "open circuit" condition caused by something like a cut or disconnected ground wire, a disconnected plug-in connector anywhere in the circuit, corrosion build-up in the lamp socket or between any one of the contacts inside a plug connector[s] anywhere in the circuit.
