Is sperm stored in your body?

Well I don't know what your trying to ask but here is the best I can tell you. A men's body can produce sperm for the rest of their life. Your body does make sperm after you do something wih it but it might take a couple weeks to regain all of it again. IDK if this is a good anwser..
