Does plasma only occur at extremely high temperatures?

Plasma does typically occur at extremely high temperatures, where atoms gain enough energy to strip electrons away, resulting in a mixture of charged particles. However, plasma can also form at lower temperatures under specific conditions, such as in fluorescent lights or plasma TVs, where electric fields can ionize gas.
