What is obey weegee?

Weegee is just a picture of luigi. He first appeared in Mario is missing. Some believe that it(notice I've said it) has the power to stare into your soul and turn you into a weegee. Obey weegee is a video somebody made on weegee telling you to obey him. If you haven't noticed, for some reason Weegee hates Mario. I don't know if he wants to use the stare or not.
