One is a draftsmen, which is an unqualified architect. Architects are supposed to design the house, chose appropriate materials, etc. etc. I could help better if the question was more specific, though.

An Engineer, Landscape Architect, Urban designer, Environmental scientist. When you say 'related' I mean these are the professions the architect has to work with. That's how I took your question.
