How much surface will a yard of cement cover 3 inches thick?

Concrete is a mixture of cement , sand, gravel and water. A cubic yard of concrete is 3' x 3' x 3' . That's 3x3=9x3=27 . 27 cubic feet = 1 cubic yard . So it's 27 feet divided by 3 inches equals 108 sq ft!
