How do you put a password on a desktop icon so that you need the password to access the icon and or program?

It is very simple! Simply go to a store like CVS or Ride Aids etc. Buy a lock from them only for $5.99. Then come home and open up your monitor and set up the lock! after that, put back the screen and protect your desktop icons! Wasn't that so simple!??
