Can you percolate espresso coffee

Coffee should be brought to a hard boil on a medium heat. Allow to percolate for seven minutes. After the seven minutes turn down burner to a low heat for an additional three minutes on a slow perk. Allow the pot to sit for two minutes to allow the basket to drain. Serve.

John Wayne coffee. Bring water to a boil. Perk coffee for 11 minutes. Do not adjust temp. This method will result with a stronger more bitter coffee.
