Train yourself to eat smaller portions. This won't take that long. Also, walk the stairs, skip dessert, have 1 serving of dinner, jump rope, no soda, and NO fast food (not even Subway). Also, DANCE!!! It's so much fun, and you lose fat like that. Go crazy! Turn on the radio and just jump around like a moron! Do this 30 min. every day for around a week and you'll be super slender in no time!
