What happened to Sasha's third kit Tadpole?

When Tadpole, Hawk(frost) and Moth(wing) try to get out through the window, Hawk and Moth get through safely. Tadpole drowns and dies in the book "Return of the Clans". Then Sasha took Hawk and Moth to RiverClan and leaves.
