When a person is very confident they are generally leaders or, they emit self confidence to their peers which often helps peers that are less confident. Confidence also can help a person make more friends; are generally socially popular; can sometimes land them a good job. Confidence in people also can make their mates feel protected and can learn off their confident partner.
