Coach outlet return policy

I RECEIVED a bag as a gift but the bag i thought i had turns out to be a baby bag i want to return the bag and get another one in the place of it I've never used or even carried the bag the only problem is there is no tag on the bag but the bag has never been carried. how do i go about returning the bag with no problems.
