Is there a fuel shut off as if you were in accident or a fuse on the fuel pump of a 1994 Mitsubishi pickup?

i am having the same problem i thought there was a cut off switch too there is a relay behind the kick panel on the passenger side im trin to find what will interchange with that relay it controls the voltage going to the pump to kick it on
