How do you repair a phone that has been damaged by water The screen is blank white and it vibrates but it won't turn on. I am not up for an upgrade any time soon.?

No problem, If your phone has been damaged by water. Put your phone in sunlight for 2 or 3 hours, but make sure your phone's screen should not be to face of sun, because sunlight can damage screen's colors. Put that by backside to face of sun. Sunlight will dry the water. Then after 3 or 5 hours try to turn on it, If it is working then enjoy with that. I am sure it will work because it is my personal experience. If it is not working then I will suggest you that see your phone to a mobile engineer. He will dry the water by electric bulb or his instruments. But you don't try electric bulb, it can be harmful for your phone and you also.
