No honey isn't suitable for a low carb diet, it contains around 17g of carbs in one teaspoon...
...but if you are on a low carb diet to try and regulate your blood sugar(Allergies) / lower candida growth or loose weight ...a small teaspoon morning and nite would be greatly beneficial- its one of natures anti-bacterials..it has no sellby date, it does not perish... and if you are eating alot of animal protein, it takes the edge off the savory meat taste in your mouth.
