Isotretinoin (Accutane and others) is an extremely toxic medication intended for treatment of severe acne when all other medications have failed. It was developed for treatment of fast-growing cancers, because of its ability to kill cells that multiply rapidly.

We can find nothing in the literature to support an affirmative answer to your question. Since all chemotherapy drugs are essentially poisons, it is quite possible that isotretinoin could affect the liver's metabolic function in a variety of ways, especially since it is a derivative of Vitamin A.

Since alcohol is also a poison that affects the liver, we would suggest discussing this issue with your physician. It is never a good idea to mix drugs, especially powerful drugs like these two.
