How much does an assistant manager at pier 1 imports make?

I was what was called an assistant manager but, the position has been changed and is now called a "sales leader." The assistant manager is now a job description that falls just below the Store Manager. I too make 11.10 an hour in Ca, and considering our higher cost of living... I have been with Pier 1 for 4 and 1/2 years and am part time. The assistant manager position is a full time one and I expect makes more than I do.

My wife makes about 11.10 an hour at Pier 1 Imports. She has been there for 6 years i think. She is a part time assistant manager in NC.
