Why doesn't my fuel pump on my kawasaki mule 3010 have power?

Hi I have a 2005 3010 transmule and it is in the shop right now needing a wiring harness. They put on 3 new fuel pumps and it burned them up. I wish you luck, they want $1,100 to put in a new wiring harness.
