How do you get people in naruto-arena with out having to unlock then?

YOU need to complete all missions but of course you need to be all the ranks first finish the sasuke quest for power than the ranks are(genin,chunin,missing nin,jonin,nine tail fox,akatsuki,anbuandhokage)
