Make a prayer

The Lord's prayer is a model for prayers. First, address the Deity, "Dear Heavenly Father." Secondly, humbly ask your request. Thirdly, thank Him for all that He has given you and for the delivery of the request in advance. Lastly, state how you have a relationship with the Father.

Of course you can add to this with common request you would ask any parent.

Example:

Dear Most Heavenly Father. I come before you today to ask a blessing on all those who are seeking knowledge. Thank you for allowing us this privilege and for allowing us to know You. It is with a most humble heart that we come to you through Your Son, Jesus Christ. Amen
