Breakfast: 200 calories

Lunch: 300 calories

Dinner: 500 calories

Snack: Muesli bar. Or similar 200 calories left! I can get muesli bars which have 95 cals!

Eat plenty of fruit and vegetables! Also drink 8 glasses of water! Oh and also excercise
