Is intense ragefull screaming at a child considered child abuse?

In and of itself it is disturbing the peace, disorderly conduct, etc ( two crimes usually associated with kids, by the way- Noisy parties, Halloween mild stuff ( not vandalism).Intense rageful screaming- well it is a Horror story. How could you love somebody who screams at you and probably peppers the sermon with obscene Words and lines like ( I wish you never were Born!) ...
