Will triamcinolone acetonide help a spider bite?

Hi I'm lisa and I been getting bumps! Red and itchy I thought I was allegic to something but my doctor said they where bed bugs man I never had anything like this so this morning I woke up with more bites I had someone to come out and look at it! They said I have them but they are not bad, but they want to much to treat them what should I do? My doctor gave me triamcinolone acetonide for the itch it work s it helps them go away but the bedbugs are still biting me someone please email me @ lisamyles@Yahoo.com and let me know what to do! I'm scared to go to bed now
