Will the smallest puppy from the litter be unhealthy or more likely to have health problems?

It would be likely to have some health problems. As vermin "live" in the litter, it might cause the puppy probably some skin disease or any other health problems. I'd say that for the sick of those tiny animals (either they're puppies or kitties or any other animal) we should be more careful with the trash and wherever it is placed.
