Introduction of primary occupation

The term used often in today's economic world refers to something different than "jobs that involve taking things from the earth like a farmer or a woodcutter or a fisher." Primary jobs are those that produce something that is consumed outside of the community where the job exists. The revenue it generates is new money to that locale and, therefore adds wealth rather than just spreading the money around. These kinds of jobs are desirable to the economic sustainability of a community because it allows them to generate new money.
