Which state of the Southwest does not border the west region?

In the Southwest region of the United States, Texas is the only state that does not border the West region. While it shares borders with New Mexico to the west and Oklahoma to the north, Texas is primarily considered part of both the Southwest and the South. Other states in the Southwest, such as Arizona and New Mexico, are directly adjacent to the Western states.
