Your neck muscles are probably very tight, so I recommend finding the muscled in your neck and massaging/icing everyday. Also right where your hair line should begin on your neck try to dig in and apply pressure to those muscles. These muscles will be very sore. For future advice also try to stand up straight more so your neck muscles can get stronger.
