Is Vincent margera in jail

I have been wondering the same question myself. I remember back in 2007 when it happened and he got probation instead of jail time for fondling two young girls. He then violated his probation by using cocaine and was sentenced another two years of probation and i believe he was allowed to move back home. This whole time he has been in Colorado. But there is no recent articles that i can find saying what has happened since that. The last thing i heard was he could possibly go to prison but i can not find any recent updates on the subject. Hope this helps a little.
