How do you give him a hint that you like him without saying you like him?

Well if you don't know him that well (even if you know he doesn't ) ask him if he has a girlfriend and if he says no then say "well do you like someone?" and see what his answer is........ And if him and you are really good friends then just come out and say it it will all work out.
