Okay, well if you want to have best friends on stardoll than you have to be 13 or older, I do not know why, but you just have to be over 13.

Okay so to be best friends on stardoll all you have to do is find out what he/she username is and then visit there page. After that below the page you will find a thing at the bottom with a head and a +. And it will say add as friend and then it will say that you can send a message to them. So you would put your message and thwm press send.
