How soon can a pregnancy be aborted?

As soon as you have a positive pregnancy test, you can get a "medicine abortion" aka RU486 do NOT confuse this with Plan B aka "the morning after". Plan B does NOT work once you are pregnant. It does nothing to a pregnancy - does not hurt it/does not stop it/etc.
