What happened in south Africa after nelson mandelas release from prison?

We won the Rugby World Cup. We won the Soccer African Cup of Nations. We braaied every day. When he was not the president anymore, we still won the Rugby World Cup, and we still braaied everyday, but our soccer has gone a little backwards. We did however start to have a National Braai Day on 24 September each year in the mean time. This is how we unite now that Nelson in not the president anymore.
