How do lesbians have have kids?

Lesbians have children by artificial means. A donor gives semen to a doctor. The doctor somehow injects it into the egg. I know this cause i have 2 lesbian friends that are married. They had 2 kids from the same woman. Unfortunately, both kids are not all there. I hope i was hepfull. This is my first answer. cheers!
