How do you make a garlic braid?

Braiding bread is actually very simple and easy! Divide your bread dough into three equal pieces, then knead and roll it out until you have three long pieces of equal diameter (width). Set the pieces side by side, mushing them slightly together at one end, and then you can fold that end slightly under for appearance sake. Then braid the bread just as you would hair, alternately lifting each piece over the others. When you reach the end, mush that end slightly together, then turn under slightly to make a more attractive looking loaf.
